Connecting medium-pressure pipe and fittings (300-999 psi) requires Class 300 threaded flanges. The threads inside the flange bore of threaded flanges, also known as screwed flanges, attach to the external threads on a pipe without welding. Usually, the faces of these flanges are raised, flat, or RTJ (ring-type joint). NPT (National Pipe Thread) and BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) are two examples of threaded connectors. The chromium-nickel alloy type 304 stainless steel is resistant to corrosion brought on by moisture, heat, salinity, acids, minerals, and peaty soils. In addition to having more nickel than type 304 stainless steel, type 316 stainless steel also contains molybdenum for even better corrosion resistance.
The development and production of stainless steel thread flanges is a specialty of JLPV. Austenitic stainless steel, duplex steel, and super duplex steel are the primary materials used by the company to make industrial flanges. Currently, the company's products are successfully marketed in more than ten Chinese provinces and regions, including Hong Kong and Taiwan, and in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and the Middle East for products that adhere to American and European standards. Both domestic and international consumers are unified in their admiration for the product quality.
