JLPV's Y type globe valves are made of forged steel and are produced in accordance with the most recent versions of API602, BS5352, and ASME B16.34. and evaluated to API 598.To ensure that there are no leaks, JLPV VALVE rigorously 100%tests every Forged Steel valve before shipment.
Forged steel Y type globe valves are appropriate for cutting off or joining medium on pipelines of petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, chemical fertilizer, electric power, and other working circumstances with a working temperature of -29 to 580°C. Water, oil, steam, acid media, and other suitable mediums are available. The wound gasket is sealed, and the bolt type valve cover's valve is attached to the valve cover by bolts and nuts.
The main construction features of JLPV Forged steel valve are following:
1. Full bore and standard bore (reduced bore) design are available.
2. Three bonnet design for forged gate valve, globe valve and check valve
--Bolted Bonnet, welded bonnet and pressure seal design
3. Y-pattern body for forged globe valve, extended body and extended stem for all forged valves.
