Although forged steel check valves work well in high-temperature, high-pressure situations, they cannot be produced in a wide range of shapes and sizes.Boiler, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, energy system, and critical power-industry applications are just a few of the industries that frequently use JLPV forged steel check valves. There are two bonnet types available for JLPV forged steel check valves. The Bolted Bonnet is the initial design; it has a male-female joint, a spiral wrapped gasket, and is made of F316L and graphite. On request, ring joint gaskets are also offered. The welded bonnet, which has a threaded and sealed welded junction, is the second design. A fully penetration-resistant welded junction is provided upon request. Additionally, there are three alternative design configurations for the check valves: swing check, ball check, and piston check.
JLPV firmly believe instrategy of sustainable development which bases on high technology, large scale operation and brand concept. The company insists in strengthing management, promoting corporation image, optimizing product structure and improving quality, in order to establish and optimize product quality assurance system.
The range of JLPV Forged steel valves design is as follows:
1.Size: 1/2” to 2” DN15 to DN1200
2.Pressure: Class 800lb to 2500lb PN100-PN420
