Our forged steel flanged globe valve is designed for heavy-duty, industrial, and steam applications with steam, water, petroleum, vapors, and gas. It is suitable for fitting flanges between ANSI 150 and ANSI 300 (subject to setup). A105N steel is used for the body of the manual flanged globe valve's handwheel-operated body and 316 Stainless Steel for the handle.
Although forged steel flanged globe valves are excellent for high-temperature, high-pressure applications, they cannot be produced in a variety of shapes and sizes.Boiler, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, energy systems, and critical power-industry applications are among the many fields in which JLPV forged valves are used. These include forged-steel gate, globe, and check valves as well as forged ball valves.
The main construction features of JLPV Forged steel valve are following:
1. Full bore and standard bore (reduced bore) design are available.
2. Three bonnet design for forged gate valve, globe valve and check valve
--Bolted Bonnet, welded bonnet and pressure seal design
3. Y-pattern body for forged globe valve, extended body and extended stem for all forged valves.
4. Integral flanged end and welded flanged end design are available
