JLPV Forged Steel Globe Valves are available in sizes ranging from 1/2"(DN15) to 2"(DN50) and have pressure ratings of 800 and 1500 class in regular(reduced) ports. The butt weld ends are bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke type, rising spindle&non rising hand wheel construction. Our forging globe valves are offered in cryogenic service, welded bonnet design, pressure seal bonnet design, and bolted bonnet design. To fit high temperature and pressure industrial applications, JLPV manufactures forged steel globe valves with threaded bodies in a variety of body materials, including ASTM A105-forged carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304/304L/316/316L-forged stainless steel, and ASTM A182 F11/22-alloy steel. F6 face seat and disc are available for applications involving high pressure and temperature. Forged steel globe valve available in threaded end(BSP/NPT female), socket weld end, butt weld end, weld neck end.
