In JLPV test center, has advanced testing equipment of Direct-reading Spectrometer imported from British, Ultrasonic flaw detector, Eddy current flaw detector, Hydraulic machine, infrared C, S analyzer, Universal material testing machine, hardness tester. From raw materials to every step of production process, finally to the inspection testing, we all exercise strict, effective control. According to the standard requirements, from incoming materials to finished product, we do chemical composition analysis, strict control of materials, mechanical properties testing, chemical properties testing, eddy current testing, and ultrasonic non-destructive testing, in order to ensure product performance confirm domestic and international standards and meet the strict requirements of customers.
